We will search for the best travel options based on the criteria that is important to you; such as price, arrival or departure times, etc.  We will also include any frequent flyer or membership numbers that the client may benefit from.  Real-time reservations are made through the Sabre® booking system.


Hotel Accommodations

We will negotiate preferred rates for your company and map out the best possible options based on price, location, etc. We will also secure your room reservation and get a confirmation sent to you once complete.  Hotel reservations are also booked through Sabre®.

  

Corporate Housing

We recommend short-term housing for any client who will be at a worksite longer than 30 days. While hotel and suite stay are suitable for 1-30 days, many travelers grow tiresome of this type of accommodation after a length of time. We will locate the housing, negotiate the best lease terms, furniture/house-ware rental packages (by request only), manage security deposit accounts, and utility service account management.  The corporate housing we secure is comfortable, stylish and within your housing budget. We can provide school district information, fitness clubs, pet parks, and information on other amenities in your temporary community that will make your stay even more enjoyable.

We provide ongoing account management and travel expense tracking to put you at ease about how and where your travel dollars are being spent.
